We offer one to one executive coaching. This is often provided to key leaders as part of a larger Team or Organisation development activity but we can also offer it on a stand alone basis.
The one to one coaching process enables the client to reflect on and develop their own thinking around issues that they want to address and change. Executive coaching is always bound by confidentiality and the scope and scale and topics for coaching are usually agreed at the start of the coaching relationship. The coaching process normally takes between 6 and 12 months and over 4 to 6 sessions.
